Existing floor truly needed some improvement. The customer opted for a natural look with a satin luster as a good option to increase the reselling value of the house as it is being put on the market.

Lino was installed right over the top of the existing hardwood. The owner was planning to have the entrance covered with tile , but changed her mind on the very last second, thinking of removing the substrate and giving hardwood underneath a shot..
And the floor turned out just great!!
Same floor, finished with one coat of a water based sealer and top coated with a Arboritech commercial poly
Traffic patterns are very pronounced. It took some effort to get them out.
